Beginners' Yoga
Yoga can be done anywhere in any form or shape.
From chair yoga to beginner level, the body recognizes the transformative practice through guided moving exercises.
Slow Flow
This slow paced active meditation flow connects mind, breath and movement with continuous detoxifying poses.
Guided Meditation
Using breathwork and visualization, you get to quiet the mind to voiced instruction, while enjoying soothing sounds. The mind eases off mundane noise and is able to transfer relaxation to the physical body in a natural and safe way. Some health benefits are: reduction of stress, anxiety, depression, improved memory, reduced blood pressure, pain reduction, lower cholesterol and decreased risk of heart disease.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is movement with breath, moving in and out of postures inhale/exhale breath. The breath moves your body through Vinyasa. This “breath-synchronized” powerful and relaxing practice that will renew your being inside out!
Fusion Flow Yoga
Awesome mix of Vinyasa and Hot Yoga 26 & 2 secuence challenging poses flowing together to strengthen and strech at the same time.
Hot Yoga
Original hot yoga of 26 poses in a much more compassionate secuence based on the Barkan Method Yoga. All levels welcome with variations to adjust any physical challenges. This practice is best when done in a hot room.
Restorative Yin Yoga
This passive practice is healing, not only physically but mentally as well. Poses are held for several minutes using props to align the body. Opening stagnated energy and restoring natural state of relaxation!!  Yin is Bliss!
Sound Healing
Sound healing therapy uses sound frequencies to improve physical, emotional, health and wellbeing. Healing with sound is believed to date back to ancient Greece, when music was used in an attempt to cure mental disorders. Music has also been used to help people work faster and more productively.
Research has linked music to health benefits, boosting immune function and lowering stress levels.

This healing technique is based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Mat Pilates
Original classic pilates exercises that will transition from basic beginner while progressing into intermediate or advanced sequence of exercises of moves depending on capacity per individual. Creating a strong foundation for alignment and posture is the focus of this practice.
HIIT - Hot Pilates
Intense combination of mat pilates based session with Hi Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. Based not just on a stronger core but also improves circulation, and flexibility. I'm ALWAYS LOW IMPACT to protect your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping cardio modalities. This practice is challenging AND fun, for sure it's a workout that energizes your day!
Reformer Pilates
Pilates on the Reformer and other apparatus is an amazing way to work your muscles. It's also an excellent way to learn more about how you connect to your body and work on improving imbalances, posture and alignment. My specialty is injuring prevention in a therapeutic method to help facilitate movement around any physical restrictions your body may be encountering.
